The Tuesday before Christmas I went car shopping, and I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted. Fantastic car buying experience here. No bullshit, no pressuring. I submitted an interest form after seeing ads for 0% financing 0 down, and was helped by Aubrey and Brian. I never felt pressured during the process, and was just presented with the facts and clear quotes for the total and monthly payment. In the end, I received more discount than expected due to a mistake, but Brian went above and beyond to honor the quote. It was a pleasure working with him, as well as Chuck in financing and I was done and out the door in 1.5 hours.
Couldn’t have been happier with my experience at this dealership. After my car being totaled I was not happy about having to get a new car and I walked in prepared for war based on previous experiences at other dealerships. Going to a dealership can be tough. These Dinsmore group made the whole thing feel like not such an icky process. Damon was patient and attentive. I had contacted him months recently about a different car and didn’t end up following through. This did not deter Damon from giving me the best service possible. He even worked with me on price of the vehicle. Really made me feel like everybody was happy at end of day. Even financing is painless with these guys. I had added some warranties that in retrospect I may not have wanted. They didn’t not put up a fight about removing from loan when I called about my concerns just a few days later. That said I will be going here first when my wife decides what she wants.

Deion was fantastic from start to finish! He actually answered my call when I called to check on my CX-5 that was being serviced and he was very warm and kind in assisting me, since my service rep wasn’t available and no one was in the service department to assist. I didn’t realize they left at 4:30pm. Deion informed me of their hours and as I thanked him for his wonderful assistance, he mentioned coming in to see some new vehicles next time I come in. I didn’t take it too seriously, but after discussing some colors and he informed me about the CX-50/70, I informed him the CX-50 would probably be more up my alley. I told him my preferred colors (interior/exterior) and he offered to send me some photos/video. When I saw the video presenting the CX-50, Cypress Green (exterior)/Terracotta (interior) I fell in love! Deion and I spoke over the next few days, as I awaited my Cx-5 to be serviced. After having a less than stellar experience with another dealership I sent a message to Puyallup Mazda to inquire about a new CX-50 Hybrid. Within an hour I received an email from salesperson Danik Balan with information about the car and a video he took specifically for me of a walk around of the vehicle. I called him and made an appointment to come in an hour later. 2 hours later I was on my way home after purchasing the car. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was hands down the easiest experience I have ever had. Danik was knowledgeable, patient, not pushy at all. They also have amazing finance deals going on for a limited time so if you are considering a Mazda I highly recommend you reach out to Danik.

While I don't plan on buying a car for a long time, I would definitely buy from here again due to the people. Aubree did a great job of setting up a test drive and getting this whole thing set up. Chris, the salesman, was very personable and not the pressure type, Chuck in finance was good to work with and again very personable. While I can't speak to the service department, I can say that the sales experience here is pretty painless for buying a new car, so while I hope I'm not back here for many years, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.

What sets Chris apart is that he will do his best to find the right vehicle for you, he gives you time to think, his service is not pressured. One of my favorite things about having already made a deal with Chris is that even though he has already sold me a vehicle he always takes the time to answer my questions. To me that is going above what most car salesmen will do, I already gave him my money, and he still makes me feel important. Within 3 weeks my 2009 vehicle needed new tires, breaks, and a starter. instead of wasting money on it, I decided to invest in a new and more reliable vehicle. I would like to thank Angello and the entire Puyallup Mazda team for their commitment to service and the Mazda brand. Getting an MX-5 has been a goal I've had for years, and there were specific items I wanted this car to have (red color, soft-top, manual transmission). I had expected to end up with a Grand Touring trim vehicle, but Angello steered me instead towards a Sport trim that was local in the Washington area, saving me thousands and putting me in what, ultimately, was the proper choice for me. No pressure and transparent honesty during the entire process. He gave me a good deal on a trade-in price for our used Honda, and the team went out of their way to work with the other dealership that had the car to get it to me. I have the privilege of having my Miata be my 4th Mazda purchase, all 4 from Puyallup Mazda and 3 of which I worked with Angello during the buying process. Really the truly Best experience we have had working with a car dealer. Alan, was honest in answering our questions, DEFINITELY NOT PUSHY. He was extremely patient, all he wanted was to make it right and earn our business. He listened to what we wanted in pricing, monthly payments and truly went above board to put us in the car we wanted, in the price point we had decided was best for us. We became lifetime customers with a car dealership we can really feel good about recommending. Be it new or a great used car. All the used cars are put through a big inspection and made sure they are in great working order before they will be sold. So know you can feel good about your purchase. I drove several different cars before deciding on the Mazda. I checked out five or six dealerships and found myself coming back to Puyallup Mazda each time. Our salesperson was fun and upbeat and never pressured us in fact, after having our new SUV for a few days, we decided we wanted a different color. James kept his great attitude and went to work finding us the car we love. Not something every car salesman would do. A great experience overall!
James, our salesman, is a true professional. He took it upon himself to continually scout for possible cars for our driving-age daughters, texting me multiple suggestions until finally landing on a nice Toyota...a great find considering it wasn't a model we'd been targeting. I was parked for about 10 minutes at Starbucks today and when I tried to start my car, my battery was dead. AS A DOORNAIL!! I knew a tow truck would take forever so I called Milam Mazda and Brian answered. He is AWESOME. He took the time to come over and jump start my car so I could get to work (on a Sunday) almost on time. I've been leasing vehicles there for about 15 years and am grateful and amazed at their customer service. Thank you Brian, you're the best.
First time visiting this dealership and traded my first car for my new “soccer mom” car! James was super friendly, nice, and easy to work with. He was fast and efficient and met our expectations for a great trade! We even got to eat pizza! They offered us snacks and beverages while we had to wait. We have been bringing our Mazda here for service for several years and have never been dissatisfied with the service. We like the videos they send of the work they're doing and also showing us first hand what additional service might be needed. They are very good about helping us prioritize the service that's needed so we've been able to get them done over time to manage costs. They also occasionally throw stuff in especially if it's something they already have the car apart for. The people are friendly and the drop off and pick up process is nice. At this point we don't trust anyone else with our Mazda.
My experience from buying a car here to all the service I've had since has been excellent. When my uncle closed his auto shop up 2 yrs ago I dreaded the thought of getting service done and dealing with pushy mechanics but the service department here has been great! Today I had the pleasure of working with the service advisor Sean. He was so kind and had such a positive attitude! All of the people I've dealt with have been great but he really stood out and not for any particular reason, just because of his genuine kindness. Thank you so much for everything guys!

Our experience began with an email to Aubree, she was fantastic in answering our questions and arranging a time to connect with James regarding a purchase of a pre owned Jeep, James was also terrific! And our final contact was working with Chuck in finance, who was also amazing! We traveled from eastern Washington and it was definitely worth the drive! We completed our trade in, test drive and purchase in about three hours. What a fun, friendly, and efficient group to work with.
I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years to get my oil changes and have never left disappointed. They’ve always been super careful with my car, I love that they send you a video of everything while they’re checking your vehicle out (tread, breaks, undercarriage etc.) Everyone is always super friendly and smiles. They noticed that I don’t put my oil change sticker on my windshield so they left it on my seat for me to put where I want, it’s the little things. 10/10 would refer anybody here, they have pretty good snacks too

My partner's car recently gave out and she decided upon a new Mazda. Everyone here was friendly and helpful - especially Ryan. He is the one who greeted us and showed us around - explaining all the features and differences between the models she was interested in. We returned the next day after narrowing down the options. She test drove a couple and made a decision. Ryan took care of everything and there was no pressure, it was hassle free. They didn't have the color she wanted at the Puyallup lot; it was at the Tacoma location. Ryan had it brought down for us. Of course, things took some time and Ryan kept us constantly updated as to where we were in the process. We called and James answered very enthusiastic about a 07 Highlander Hybrid with 171k miles for only $11,999. It drove perfect one owner he even discounted it. We were not familiar with hybrids and passed but on their website there was a Forester we liked at their Federal Way location. We all piled in the Hybrid and James blasted the tunes on the high end stock sound system and we drove the Forester back to Mazda Puyallup. We loved our purchase they put leather in it delivered it to Moses Lake while we drove a loaner. Much Thanks to Ernie and James. Two stand up guys!

We test drove a vehicle, and it was approximately a week later that we bought, but were in touch with Anthony on various days between then and he was always kind enough to answer questions and make sure we were taken care of. Made the process a lot better for us and we knew we made the right choice coming here and working with him.
At 75 I've bought more than my share of cars. I must say buying our Mazda CX5 from Puyallup Mazda was the best experience I can remember. They worked with us to put the deal together and we never felt pressured. Everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. Our Salesman Sean Stack was wonderful and knew his stuff. I can see why Puyallup Mazda is so busy. They simply do it better than the rest. I usually don't do reviews but after this experience I just wanted them to know how much we appreciated their effort.

This is my 2nd time coming to this dealership for a lease renewal, and I've had great experiences. I met Bilori back in October of 2020 to sell my current Mazda and lease a new one. Had a great experience making my purchase here. I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Puyallup Mazda. The Diagnostic test and inspection process was easy and seamless. They not only sent me a video of them explaining the codes but also sent me a text me a quote that with just a touch of my finger I could approve and remove what I wanted them to fix and not fix. It also gives you a total so there are no surprises. The gentleman that did the video was amazing tell him thank you for me I did not get his name. Evan was also helpful and super friendly. We just returned home after living overseas for 2.5 years, and we needed a car! Our son who watched our home and dogs got our former car, my husband needed a car to get to work- and I needed a car to get to work! Our car our son has now is a Mazda CX3 which we bought at the Puyallup Mazda, and because of the great service getting that car, much less how reliable the car is, we returned to Puyallup Mazda and got a Mazda CX-5. Our salesperson, Jason Leisure, super helpful and very patient as we had to return all the way back to our home to clarify some bank information! All was done on Friday, the 13th by a sales rep- Jason! But, Jason made buying the car less stressful. Our Mazdas and that dealer have been great!

Bought my wife's car from there. Amazing sales team and customer service. Our Mazda rep Coleman was straight forward, honest, and not pushy at all. Helped us get the car my wife was looking for. All the paperwork went smoothly and they didn't push all the warranties like most dealerships do. Which I really appreciate. Just had car serviced for 30k mile service and they were fast and even provided me with a courtesy vehicle free of charge for 2 days since I needed to drop it off the day before the appointment. Today I bought my first brand new Mazda with Angelo, & Jesse as my financial advisor. The service was great, they were both understanding of everything I wanted & more. I never felt pressured & they never once made me feel like I was bother as I was being picky with what I wanted. My experience was amazing & I would highly recommend Angelo & Jesse!
I had a great experience with everybody that worked with me! Aubree was helpful over email and Mike did a great job in-person, both showing me the vehicle and walking through the initial paperwork/numbers. In the finance office, Coleman did a good job explaining the available options without being disrespectful or pushing me to purchase an item I knew I did not want. There were no surprises (no mark-ups or dealer ad-ons!), and I spent a total of 58 minutes at the dealer and left with the car at the price discussed over email.

I bought my Mazda here in 2018 and haven't taken it anywhere else since then. From the sales team to the service department I've never had a bad experience. Meegan and Mike are rockstars! Also the rest of the team. I have had Meegan the past few times for regular service on my baby. And she always has the best smile and personality. Very knowledgeable and tells me like it is. I purchased a used civic hatchback here back in March of 2022 and was very pleased with the overall experience. My sales rep was professional, friendly and she wasn’t pushy at all. As part of the purchase, I asked for a few things to be corrected and after a short negotiation, her and the sales manager came to an agreement with me and I walked out happy. The service department was quick to respond to the corrections as part of the “we owe you” on the purchase. They performed all of the items I requested and made it as easy as possible to get the car in and back to me same day for each appointment. I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years and this has been one of the easiest/best experiences even compared to brand new vehicle purchases. I recommend giving Puyallup Mazda a chance if your shopping for a vehicle.

Service here was amazing! I have owned allot of new cars and never had an experience as pleasant as this one with a service department. I took a used Mazda CX-7 belonging to a family member in for service because they couldn’t. Not only did they tell me what was wrong with the car they did it without a massive service bill! They said the mechanic new these cars and it was no trouble so not to worry about the diagnosis fees being huge. This has never in all my years of owning cars ever happened at an OEM dealership. Normally they are looking for a way to mark up every service call, they told me what was wrong and what it would cost to fix without pumping up the price. When I said I would like to fix it myself because the family member couldn’t afford the repair cost they happily sold me the parts without looking at me funny or getting upset that I was taking the car without doing the repair. If I ever purchase a small car and not a diesel truck I will be coming here and just wanted to say thanks to their amazing staff in the service and parts department for going so far out of their way to treat someone who wasn’t spending allot of money the same way as they were treating to people next to me with a brand new car. It’s rare anymore and deserves to be recognized so thank you :)
Very friendly staff, reliable service always ask if there's discount availability. They very much so value customer service and will find you a discount if one exists. I couldn't recommend this place more highly new and remodeled it's a great place to wait for your vehicle to be worked on. Coffee snacks and water are also available.
These guys are awesome!!! Met Tugz first when we came down to look at a vehicle on NYE. Even though they were locking up he stopped, made us feel totally welcome, and showed us a few that I was interested in. I had been working with Alina by phone, and she wasn’t there when I stopped by. Went back a few days later and had the most hassle-free experience. Ended up leaving with the car I wanted! Alina was fantastic, great at responding quickly, friendly, and helped me get what I wanted. Tugz came out to say hello again, and I thanked him again. Not many would not stop closing up on NYE just to show a vehicle. He made a nice impression on my husband and I for that. Samantha, in finance, went through everything quickly and efficiently. Super happy about my entire experience and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Also, loved that there was a saleswoman. Alina, you’re awesome!
Chris and Sierra were so great to work with! Sierra was very responsive over text, email, and phone calls and made the car shopping process easy from a distance! Chris was very kind and super quick to get me in and out the door with keys in my hand! He went through every tip and trick with my new car and how to work the technology. The process was easy and painless! I highly recommend this dealership and working with these 2 people if you have the chance!
I really like this Mazda dealer for servicing my Mazda, they have remodeled about a year ago and the waiting room is very nice as well as the whole service area. They have been very honest with me and have done a very good job keeping may Mazda running perfectly. I highly recommend this service department.
Had a very pleasant and comfortable experience with buying a car from here. Both Sierra (online) and Chris (in person) took care of me and did me justice. Didn't feel an ounce of pressure. Great dealership. Chris took good care of me, provided me the test drive I needed and I felt no pressure and could take my time deciding. I have to say CX-5 2021 is an amazing driving machine I highly recommend it. If you’re looking at Acura RDX as many are be sure to compare this ride. 2022 will have even more drive modes which is amazing

Excellent! -- I didn't just purchase my car from Puyallup Mazda, I also signed-up for one of their car care packages that offered me discounted oil changes among other things. I've been in no less than 10 times total, and after two years, I've been extremely satisfied on every single occasion at Puyallup Mazda... every time -- professional, friendly, HONEST, knowledgeable, kind!! I have purchased two vehicles from Mike here at Puyallup Mazda in the last 7 months & both experiences were amazing. I’ve had bad experiences at Larson dealerships due to being so young they don’t take me serious nor provide good service but 7 months ago I purchased my brand new 2021 CX-5 with Mike and he had the vehicle ready for me & made the whole purchase process so easy and stress free. He treated me with respect and was transparent about everything. He earned my business. I had such a great buying experience I came back to purchase a used 2014 VW beetle and he made that process so easy. I definitely will only be coming to see Mike & purchasing my future vehicles from him!
I purchased a new CX-5 and the process was excellent. Scott was very friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the extra time to walk us through the many different features and gave helpful advice on getting settled in quickly. He was also very patient while we worked out our down payment and financing details. Sam made the paperwork process very seamless and it was the easiest time I've ever had buying a car. I highly recommend this dealer as my experience with Scott and Sam was wonderful all around!
Came in for recall service on a 2013 CX-9 and I was well taken care of. Meegan had me in and out. I saw her charm a feisty toddler ahead of me in line--great customer service here. I also really liked the walkthrough video the shop sends as they do an overview on the vehicle--it arrives as you're waiting on your vehicle. The waiting room had Starbucks drip and water bottles in the fridge. They offered snacks, too, but I didn't look. Despite being out of the way from where I live, I'm tempted to return for routine service.
I could not recommend Puyallup Mazda more highly! Working with Jacob (Bear) Hardy was fantastic. He was communicative, honest, and kind. The whole team (Jacob, Segi, Sierra) made the leasing process - something I was not looking forward to - enjoyable! It was such a refreshing experience and I am so thrilled with my new car. Similar to another reviewer, I live a little bit out of the way (up in Seattle), but the drive was well worth it. Thank you, Jacob and the whole Puyallup Mazda team!
The purchase process was fantastic. Bilori was super transparent from day one, and he even sent me some personalized videos before starting the conversation. He was very straightforward, and we agreed on a fair price before meeting in person. They were also fair on my trade-in car (although more on the lower side). Although I live in Redmond, I was willing to drive for +1hr and deal with Mazda Puyallup. I strongly recommend this place!
I called and told Ben Alaalatoa the vehicle specifications that I was looking for. He quickly located the car that I wanted in Olympia and personally delivered it in the time that it took for me to get there complete the paper work. John Bullard efficiently prepared and processed the financing documents and the whole thing went very smoothly. Both were very pleasant and professional. The new customer lounge is very comfortable. Yesterday we went to Puyallup Mazda and bought our third used vehicle from them. As always, it was a great experience! We worked with Jacob (everyone calls him Bear) and John did our financing. But everyone we came in contact with was so kind and friendly. We got a great deal on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and it is exactly the vehicle we wanted. They gave us an impressive value on our trade in as well. I love doing business with Bear and everyone at Puyallup Mazda!
My mother was finally ready for a new car after 20 years. She was ready to treat herself, and find a dependable vehicle that she can rely on. With her heart set on a Mazda CX-5 we went to Puyallup Mazda. That’s where we were fortunate to meet Ben Alaalatoa. He took care of my elderly mother like she was his family.
